Coaching

How we'd work together

For professional leaders who are succeeding by every external measure and still feel something isn't right – authority that tips into isolation, approachability that tips into being taken for granted, ambition that's stopped feeling like your own.

Is this for you

  • You're carrying decisions alone that used to be shared
  • You've hit a level where being liked and being respected feel like a trade-off
  • External success hasn't closed the gap between how you look and how you feel
  • You want to think this through properly, not skim a book about it

“Dave offered a calm ear with unbiased, non-judgemental advice or related experiences to lend some perspective to the issues I faced. This enabled me to refocus my efforts to the tasks, bringing each item to a successful conclusion.”

Three ways in

The Coaching Sprint

For those unsure on the time and cost investment. An hour's intake call to set a direction and decide if this is a fit, followed by 4 hours of coaching delivered in 1–4 blocks of not less than 60 mins over 6 weeks.

£500

“I was grateful to have a few coaching sessions with Dave over the summer. Dave has a great way of making you think and see things in a more simplistic way. This helped me reframe and think about how I could face into challenges differently.”

Stephanie Taylor, Manager Operational Resilience, Lloyds Banking Group

The Three-Month Journey

Around 12 hours of coaching, in weekly or fortnightly 60–120 minute sessions. Best for working through something layered – a career pivot, a leadership identity shift, recovering from burnout.

£1,800

“The after effects of my work with Dave have been profound. Life isn’t always smooth sailing, but having an understanding of how my mind and body actually work and the grounding in the Principles from our sessions, has made every subsequent experience manageable and positively influences how I show up in the world.”

Hybrid

Around 12 hours of coaching: a half- or full-day intensive to create early momentum, followed by spaced sessions over the next few months to embed it properly. The most common path once people understand the difference.

£1,800

“I was trying to make a life changing decision and was seriously procrastinating. Dave gave me very useful, practical advice as to how to approach the problem. His help and encouragement enabled me to make the right decision.”

What actually happens

  1. 01

An intake call, no charge – to work out if this is the right fit, both ways.

  2. 02

We choose a format based on what you actually need, not a fixed package.

  3. 03

The sessions themselves – direct conversation, not a workbook.

  4. 04

A short check-in after the work, to see what's actually stuck.

For organisations

Talks, workshops and leadership programmes

Beyond one-to-one work, I deliver leadership and wellbeing programmes and keynote talks to organisations – including Virgin Money – and have spoken to audiences from boardrooms to 300 soldiers in a gymnasium. If you're looking for something for a team or an event rather than yourself, get in touch directly.

Dave Hill speaking at a workshop alongside two colleagues

“Dave’s sessions generated so much valuable feedback within Virgin Money, we immediately shared his sessions with the wider Virgin Group.”

Helena Wood, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, Virgin Money

“Having met Dave a few years back, he has delivered several virtual sessions for our organisation. Each session has been well received as Dave is engaging, inspiring, interesting and interactive, which in turn made it easier for the attendees to stay focused and learn.”

Natalie Maddox-Hussain, Co-founder, Women Empowering Defence

“By opening up and talking about his own personal challenges, he motivates people not only to be open about their own challenges, but also to actively listen and support others to do the same.”

Dr Lucy Reynolds PhD, Vice Chair, Disability North

“I’ve taken a lot away from Dave’s talk in terms of knowing how to speak to someone with mental health problems and how to switch my mindset for the better when presented with challenges.”
